After moving from the beautiful Indian city of Dehli to Cheshire (UK), Robby yearned for the authentic Indian cuisine she had so missed from back home. While there were many places serving good Indian style food, Robby felt it was missing the true authentic flavours of true Indian food. With that in mind Robby set out on a mission to bring true authentic Indian cuisine to the heart of Cheshire and surrounding areas. started Bombaye Junction with the vision to serve truly authentic Indian Food just as she was used to back home.
