Robby (our joint owner) was born in the beautiful Indian city of Delhi, and now lives in Nantwich, Cheshire. Since moving to the United Kingdom, Robby struggled to find food that had the same authentic Indian taste as back home. This combined with Robby's burning passion for Indian food, she set out to bring a true representation of fresh Indian food with great flavour and quality to the local area.

After experiencing the energetic atmosphere and hive of excitement, in the Crewe Market Hall after an outing with her family, Robby had found the perfect home to bring Bombaye Junction to life. The market hall is a hub for dining, shopping, socialising and local events; which made Robby more inspired to introduce her authentic Indian cuisine to the mix. On Friday 3rd June 2022 we opened our doors and welcomed in our first customers, giving them the experience of authentic Indian cuisine which had lacked presence in the market hall previously. Almost two years on and we are loving to still be serving the local community of Crewe and surrounding areas.

Bombaye Junction @ CMH was just the beginning and once our great service and products were out their the local area couldn't get enough! We were soon being asked to cater for local businesses events and have been involved in both private, community and corporate events ever since.

In August 2023 Robby once again expanded the Bombaye Junction portfolio and took over the operations of the on-site university dining facilities; As such Ria`s Kitchen by Bombaye Junction was born. This has been an exciting new venture for the Bombaye Junction team, because of this we have been able to serve our fantastic products to both the university campus but also to the fantastic array of local business we have in the local area.

Since opening, Robby's chapli kebaabs, chicken biryani, samosas and onion bhajis have been favourites, so much so they could be considered our USP! We hope to continue expanding our menu and adding mouth watering authentic Indian dishes and beverages for you to try!
